Days Rental Days Rental

Following our success with the Contract Hire division, we were retained by the daily rentals division (the largest rental fleet in South Wales) to co-ordinate their own marketing and advertising.

Our first task was to visit and interview key staff at all 7 South Wales depots, to build up a picture of life “at the coal face”. Based on our findings we developed a strategy to support acquisition of new clients and to aid the communications with and therefore retention of existing customers.

Subsequently we have worked with Days to improve the signage, presentation and point of sale materials at all their depots. We now co-ordinate a monthly advertising budget, including fresh creative ideas every month for their extensive press advertising.

We also deploy direct marketing techniques including e-mail marketing and printed literature and continue to regularly liaise with the depot managers to maintain our knowledge of conditions in the field and deliver fresh marketing materials each month.

Days have seen an increase in their turnover which is directly traceable to the date of our involvement and far outweighs the costs incurred.

Ground Access equipment for the aerospace industry.

TB Davies has evolved through a history of excellence in product development and delivery into one of the UK’s foremost providers of ground access and maintenance platform solutions to the aerospace sector.

However their branding was outdated and not reflective of their dynamic approach and ethos (they are a Wales Fast growth 50 company). They lacked a website and literature which represented accurately their capabilities and retained the Inspiration to address their shortfall in communicating their capabilities and values across existing markets and clients – and to position themselves to acquire more business in a highly competitive market.

Inspiration have developed a bright, contemporary branding, website and suite of sales support literature which more accurately reflects the company’s capabilities. Completely revitalising the way they are perceived by clients, staff and suppliers, they are now positioned to capitalise on this with continued vertical business acquisition within existing clients and to present themselves in a more appropriate light to new customers.

We also fully co-ordinate the production and deployment (through an integrated communications strategy for maximum use) of this new marketing collateral.

Additionally we have supplied location photography, technical copywriting, photographic retouching and reproduction to display standards to supplement delivery of the above.

Part of the CEM Day group of companies, foremost in the South Wales motor trade, the contract hire division recognised they had a disparate communications strategy which lacked direction and effectiveness.

They retained Inspiration to draw together a coherent message, branding and delivery strategy. We have created a unified suite of marketing literature and worked with management and field sales to assist in the effective deployment of Print, Web, PR, Direct Mail, promotional Products, Exhibition design and support and e-marketing. This has resulted in Days Contract Hire recruiting a field sales force for the first time ever, to take up the ever growing volume of leads our activities of the past 18 months has produced  - and surpassing sales targets consistently.
